Your choice of 1 bread, 1 protein, 1 cheese, lettuce, tomato, and dressing.

Bread:  v wheat ciabatta roll, croissant, v wheat wrap, v&gf paleo wrap, bed of lettuce, gluten free bread, wheat wrap.

Protein: nitrate free turkey, ham, bacon

Cheese: provolone, cheddar, pepper jack,  goat cheese, feta cheese, & american

Dressing: classic mayo, sriracha mayo, basil mayo, truffle mayo, dijon mustard, mustard, v&gf hummus of the day & v southwest mayo

California Club

Nitrate free smoked turkey, bacon, provolone cheese, roasted red bell peppers, avocado, alfalfa sprouts and avocado dressing served on ciabatta roll. 

Goodie Club

Nitrate free Turkey, ham, bacon, sriracha mayo, avocado, poblano peppers, caramelized onions, arugula, provolone & tomato.  

Bartlett Pear and Goat Cheese Sandwich thinly sliced Bartlett pear, melted provolone and goat cheese with arugula and a drizzle of sriracha honey served on Tuscan bread

The Woodsman Nitrate free smoked turkey, bacon and cheddar served on cibatta roll. Fried egg optional.
